Desired qualities: 5 years of experience in US Individual & Corporate tax preparation, review and efiling. Capable of coordinating with IRS and state tax authorities. Experience with US quickbooks, bookkeeping and payroll. Self motivated and capable to work independently in sync with the corporate vision.

Tax Reviewers:
Education: MBA/M.Com/EA or Pursuing CPA/CA/CMA/CS
Desired qualities: 3 years of experience in US Individual & Corporate tax preparation and finalization.

Tax Preparers:
Education: MBA/M.Com/EA or Pursuing CPA/CA/CMA/CS
Desired qualities: 1-2 years of experience in US Individual & Corporate tax preparation.

Support Analysts:
Education: MBA/M.Com/B.Com
Desired qualities: 1-2 years of experience in supporting a US based process.
